Draft. This is a starting point written by the team, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review and finalize it before a wide public launch — especially the parts about minors and (later) payments.
A username (and an optional email, only if you add one to reset your password); your date of birth(to confirm you're 13+); and the things you log: workouts, sleep, bodyweight, age, goal, and activities.
Your weights, bodyweight, age and raw logs are private to you — they are never shown to your group. Groupmates only ever see aggregates (streak, weekly workout count, average sleep, badge count) and your training goal. Your email is never shown to other users.
To run the app: show your program, track your streak and stats, power your group leaderboard (aggregates only), and award badges. We don't sell your data.
K_TRAIN99 is built for teens. We require users to be 13+ and a parent or guardianto consent at sign-up. We aim to collect only what the app needs. Depending on where you live, laws like COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU) may give you and your guardian additional rights — including reviewing or deleting a child's data. Contact us to exercise them.
Data is stored with our backend provider (Supabase) and protected by per-user access rules so people can only read their own private data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can edit your plan and stop logging any time. To delete your account and data, email us and we'll remove it.
